By using this website or submitting an enquiry through it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Tidal Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in India, with its registered office at A-101, Ghatkopar Industrial Estate, Ghatkopar (W), Mumbai 400086, and its manufacturing unit at Plot 5, Phase 2, Gowalthai Industrial Estate, near Nangal Dam, Bilaspur District, Himachal Pradesh 174201.

2. Quotations are not binding offers

Information on this site — including capacities, minimum order quantities, indicative timelines and the range of formulations — is provided in good faith to help you assess whether we are a suitable manufacturer. It is descriptive, not contractual.

Any quotation we issue in response to an enquiry is an invitation to negotiate. It is valid for the period stated on it, and is subject to:

• Confirmation of the final composition, pack size and artwork
• Verification of your drug licence, GST registration and other statutory documents
• Availability of active pharmaceutical ingredients, excipients and packing material at the time of order
• Our written acceptance of your purchase order

A contract comes into existence only when we accept your purchase order in writing. Rates may change if input costs, statutory levies or your specification change between quotation and order.

3. Your licences and documents

Pharmaceutical products can be manufactured for you only if you hold the licences the law requires — typically a valid drug licence (wholesale or manufacturing, as applicable to your business) and GST registration in your own name. For nutraceutical products, FSSAI registration applies instead.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents you give us and for keeping them current. We are entitled to refuse or suspend an order where documents are missing, expired or inaccurate.

4. Your formulations and brand

Where you supply a composition, brand name or artwork, you confirm that you are entitled to use it and that it does not infringe anybody else's rights. You remain responsible for your own trade mark clearance and for the lawfulness of the claims made on your packaging.

We manufacture under your brand and do not use your composition, artwork or commercial terms for our own products or for another customer.

5. Our content

The text, photographs, layout and design of this site belong to Tidal Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. You may read, print and share pages for the purpose of evaluating us as a supplier. You may not reproduce our photographs or copy this site's content for a competing commercial purpose.

Client logos shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed to indicate manufacturing relationships, not to imply endorsement of any third party.

6. Availability of the site

We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw content at any time. Where the site links to another website, we are not responsible for its content.

7. Limits on liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including loss of profit, loss of business or loss of anticipated savings — arising from your use of this website or from reliance on information published on it. Liability in respect of goods we actually manufacture for you is governed by the terms of the relevant supply contract, not by this page.

8. Misuse

You must not submit enquiries using another person's identity or contact details, use automated means to submit enquiries, or attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site.

9. Privacy

How we handle the information you send us is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time you use the site is the version that applies.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website or these terms.
