This policy explains what personal information Tidal Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. collects when you make a business enquiry through this website, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and what control you have over it.

1. Who we are
Tidal Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. is a pharmaceutical and nutraceutical contract manufacturer. Our registered office is at A-101, Ghatkopar Industrial Estate, Ghatkopar (W), Mumbai 400086, and our manufacturing unit is at Plot 5, Phase 2, Gowalthai Industrial Estate, near Nangal Dam, Bilaspur District, Himachal Pradesh 174201.
For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Tidal Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. is the Data Fiduciary responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
This website is intended for pharmaceutical trade and business enquiries. It is not directed at patients or consumers, and it does not offer medical advice or sell medicines to the public.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
When you complete an enquiry form on this site, we collect:

If you call us or message us on WhatsApp instead, we hold whatever information you choose to give us in that conversation.
Information collected automatically
When your enquiry is submitted we also record the date and time, the page you submitted from, and — if you arrived from a Google advertisement — the Google click identifier (GCLID) and any keyword parameter in the link. These let us understand which advertisements produce genuine business enquiries. They do not identify you personally beyond the enquiry you have already sent us.
Our web host also keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, as part of normal operation and security.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for, and you should not send us through this website, any payment card details, bank account details, government identity numbers, or health information about any individual. If you send such information anyway, we will delete it.
3. Why we collect it
We use the information for these purposes only:
- To respond to your enquiry with a quotation, minimum order quantity and delivery timeline
- To discuss technical feasibility, artwork, packaging and documentation with you
- To arrange a plant visit if you ask for one
- To keep a record of enquiries and orders for our own business and statutory records
- To measure which advertising and keywords produce real enquiries, so we spend our marketing budget sensibly
We process this information on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form, and for the purposes of taking steps to enter into or perform a contract with you or the company you represent.
We do not send marketing emails or messages to enquirers who have not asked for them, and we do not sell, rent or trade your information to anybody.
4. Cookies and advertising
This site uses Google Ads conversion tracking, supplied by Google. It sets cookies in your browser that allow Google to tell us, in aggregate, that an advertisement led to an enquiry. We see counts and trends; we do not see a list of individuals who clicked.
You can prevent this by:
- Blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings
- Turning off ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com
Blocking these cookies does not affect your ability to use this site or submit an enquiry. Google's own handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Who we share it with
Your enquiry is seen by our own sales and technical staff. Beyond that, it is shared only with:

Some of these providers store data on servers outside India. We use established providers that offer contractual protection for such transfers.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to business are kept for up to three years, so that we recognise you if you come back to us. Records relating to actual orders are kept for as long as our tax, drug licensing and company law obligations require, which is generally eight years.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner. See section 8.
7. How we protect it
This site is served over HTTPS, so your enquiry is encrypted in transit. Enquiries are stored in our Google Workspace account, protected by access controls and available only to staff who need it for their work.
No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. What we can say is that we limit what we collect, limit who can see it, and do not keep it longer than we need.
8. Your rights
You may ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what we hold about you and who it has been shared with
- Correct or complete anything that is wrong or out of date
- Delete your enquiry, where we are not required to keep it by law
- Withdraw your consent to our holding it at all
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights if you are unable to
Write to customercare@tidallabs.com with your name and the mobile number you used, so we can find your record. We will respond within thirty days. There is no charge.
9. Children
This website is for business enquiries from licensed pharmaceutical trade buyers. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information about children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date below. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page.
